Dear Lourdes,

My name’s Sònia Ibañez. I’m 16 years old and I live in Sant Pere Pescador (in the north-west of Spain). I’m very fond of music and reading books, specially romantic books. I like riding my bike (I usually go riding in a town called l’Estartit or in the field around Torroella de Montgrí). I haven’t got any brothers or sisters. I’m a single child, but I have a very nice family. My aunt and his son have just arrived in Sant Pere Pescador to spend a week with us.

This year I have spent half summer in Sant Pere Pescador and the other half in Torroella de Montgri with a friend.

While I was in my village I didn’t do much things, so when I was bored I went to Figueres’s cinemas. And when I went to Torroella de Montgri I usually went to ride my bike, and sometimes I went to the beach of l’Estartit.

This year I’m studying in 1^st grade of “batxillerat”. I think that it will be a hard year, but I’ll try to do my best because I don’t want to lose my time or fail any subjects.

My objectives are to study and work hard and getting good marks.
